Faith Mari’ began dancing at the age of two under the direction of Kimberly Shultz in Lynch Station, VA. From the age of four through the time of her graduation, she was a student of dance at Forest Dance Academy in Lynchburg, VA. During her time at FDA, she served for five years as a student assistant dance instructor and studied ballet, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary and musical theatre. In 2016, she was honored with FDA’s Pamela K. York Scholarship Award.
She is a staff member and dance instructor at the Altavista Dance Academy where she currently teaches ballet, tap and jazz for ages three through twelve.
Faith Mari’ is a 2016 Honors Graduate of Altavista High School and is currently a student of Liberty University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with a minor in Health Promotions.
She joined the staff of Seven Hills Dance Studio in 2016 as a substitute teacher and now teaches creative moment, ballet, and tap for ages three through five.
Faith Mari’ is confident that dance has challenged her to be disciplined, to be focused, and to reach personal goals. She believes dance provides an excellent environment for personal growth as well as team building skills.
